Allowed use

AlphaCommerce is designed for cart recovery messaging to customers who started checkout or left a cart. You may use the service only for lawful, transparent recovery messaging tied to your store.

Prohibited use

• Spam, purchased lists, or emails without a lawful basis or required consent.
• Deceptive or misleading content, offers, or identity spoofing.
• Illegal content, hate, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Abuse of the sending infrastructure or attempts to evade suppression rules.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate sending or access for policy violations, unusually high bounce rates, high complaint rates, or other abuse indicators. We may take action immediately to protect deliverability and platform integrity.
