Terms of Service

The service

The service reads your Amazon seller data and the costs you enter, and shows your profit per product. It is a tool to help you decide. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Your Amazon connection

You may connect only Amazon seller accounts that you own or are allowed to manage. When you connect, you let us read your Amazon data for the purposes in our Privacy Policy. You can remove our access at any time in Amazon Seller Central. AlphaCommerce is not part of Amazon, and Amazon does not endorse it. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Free trial, billing and cancellation

• New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you subscribe. You can still sign in.
• A subscription is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. It renews on its own until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Then it does not renew.
• If we change the price, we email you at least 30 days before your next bill at the new price.
• Prices do not include taxes. If tax applies, it is shown at checkout.

Refunds

Because the trial is free, we do not refund partial months or years after a payment, unless the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, email support@alphacommerce.io within 30 days and we will make it right.

About the numbers

Profit figures depend on data from Amazon and on the costs you enter. Amazon reports some fees and payouts days or weeks after a sale, so recent numbers are estimates until Amazon pays out. The "what if" tools show the effect of a change on your margin; they do not predict how many units you will sell. Check important decisions against your own records.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use the service for anything illegal, or against Amazon's rules for sellers or apps;
• try to get into another seller's data or another account;
• attack, overload, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
• share your sign-in with people outside your business.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings, or by email to support@alphacommerce.io.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. If we stop offering the service, we tell you at least 30 days before, and refund any prepaid time you have not used.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that its figures will be complete.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, AlphaCommerce is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

The laws of the State of California, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
