Introduction

AlphaCommerce provides a cart recovery service for WooCommerce stores. We collect limited information to operate the service and improve reliability. We do not sell customer personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your email address.
• Store identifiers and plugin metadata (site URL, site key, plugin and platform versions).
• Cart data (cart contents, totals, currency, and recovery events).
• Customer data required for recovery (email address and order status).
• Technical data such as browser and device information for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the AlphaCommerce service.
• Send recovery emails when you activate recovery.
• Support account access, billing, and customer support.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

When data is sent

The plugin may send minimal install and connection metadata when it is installed or connected. Customer cart data is sent after you connect the store and enable capture. Recovery emails are sent only after you activate recovery.

Data storage and security

We store data in secure infrastructure and use encryption in transit. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. No method of transmission is 100 percent secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data.

Emails and communications

We send one-time codes for login and operational emails related to your account. Recovery emails are sent to your customers only after you activate recovery. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

Subprocessors

We use trusted subprocessors including Postmark (email delivery), Stripe (billing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Payment data is handled by Stripe. Our subprocessors may change over time.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation (typically 30 days). Some operational logs may be retained longer (up to 90 days) for deliverability, security, and compliance. You may request deletion of your account data subject to applicable requirements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
